Filings for Andover Mayor and Andover City Council Members opened Tuesday,  July 14^th and will close at 5:00 pm on Tuesday, July 28th. One seat is available for Mayor (two-year term) and two seats for Council Members (four-year term). Candidates must be eligible voters and reside in the City of Andover.
